JETPUBS is an aviation services company that assists clients in improving the efficiency, safety, and compliance of their flight operations, in-flight, maintenance, and ground operations by delivering high-quality materials in print or digital formats. We also offer an Online Manuals Service (OMS) to help clients manage their documents and resources.
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Professional who is proactive and future thinking, with solid strategic problem solving skills and an understanding of client journey mapping. This role will assist in developing and implementing our sales and marketing strategy.
Aviation experience is required, and we are looking for the right candidate that shows a strong desire to ramp themselves up to speed quickly.

Required Skills
- Campaign performance measurement
- Content marketing experience and understanding
- Salesforce CRM (or similar) and Adobe Design Suite (or similar)
- Lead generation, lead qualification, and selling experience preferred
- Great with internet research
- LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms
- Marketing and Client Education Video creation
- Tradeshow booth staffing experience preferred
Typical Day
- Handle a variety of tasks from clients accounts and sales team.
- Respond to orders placed during the night, confirming deadlines to meet client needs, and accurately enter them into the system
- Create a sell-sheet and web copy for an upcoming new product releaseOrganize manuals files, review page counts, meet with internal manuals/sales team, prepare quote, timeline, and roll out plan
- Monitor sales team progress and sales initiatives ensuring details are cared for through timely completion, taking over any elements possible
- Set up notebooks and shipping to the next trade show to the least expensive location that minimizes the hassle related to pickup and transfer of shipped items to booth
- Prepare and distribute daily and weeks sales reports
- Interview a client to gather user stories and case studies
- Follow up with leads from trade shows
