Sales Leader (Remote Role)

JETPUBS is an aviation services company that assists clients in improving the efficiency, safety, and compliance of their flight operations, in-flight, maintenance, and ground operations by delivering high-quality materials in print or digital formats.  We also offer an Online Manuals Service (OMS) to help clients manage their documents and resources.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can be a player/coach – bringing out the best in our current salespeople, manage performance to KPIs, and work with some clients directly in a sales role.

Elevating aviation, providing five-star outcomes and uncommon service always comes first. JETPUBS has clear concise targets for achievement and will not settle for anything less than the highest levels of success.

Although aviation experience is preferred, we will consider the right candidate that shows a strong desire to ramp themselves up to speed quickly.

Required Skills

  • Ability to sell and meet performance metrics
  • Familiar with CANI
  • SalesForce.com experience preferred, other CRM systems acceptable
  • Process improvement

Typical Day

  • Two hours on client calls working through strategic outlines with sales people
  • One-on-ones with salespeople
  • Review current marketing metrics and make adjustments to the tactics
  • Close one deal
  • Listen to sales calls of salespeople and give coaching feedback
  • Strategize on open deals with the team and help them plan for wins
  • Report on sales team performance and pipeline metrics
