Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
About JETPUBS
JETPUBS is a trusted aviation partner providing technical publications, manuals, training materials, and digital solutions that keep operators safe, compliant, and operationally sharp. We work with commercial operators, charter companies, flight departments, MROs, and training organizations who rely on absolute accuracy and reliability.
Our technical publications business is the backbone of JETPUBS—and we’re evolving it. As demand grows and complexity increases, we’re intentionally redesigning how manuals are built, maintained, and delivered at scale.
This role exists to lead that evolution.
The Role
JETPUBS is seeking a Director of Operations – Technical Publications to run and modernize our manuals business unit.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who deeply understands aviation operations and technical publications, loves building strong teams, and thrives on creating clean, scalable, LEAN processes.
You will own how this service is delivered—from intake to revision cycles to client experience—while designing the next-generation operating model that supports growth without sacrificing accuracy or trust.
This role reports directly to the CEO and has broad authority across people, process, quality, and delivery.
